Step 1:

Pick your lenses, and any treatments. Checkout with your preferred payment method.

Step 2: Send us your Frame and prescription

Once the payment is received, you will receive an email explaining next steps. All you need to do is follow the instructions on where to send your frames through the post.

Step 3: Order Review and acceptance

• Prepare Your Prescription
  Make sure you have a clear copy of your current eyeglass prescription from your opticians, (must within the last 2 years). This can be a scanned document or a clear photo taken with your phone.

• Take Photos of Your Frames
  Take clear photos of the front of your frames, the side (temple), and the inside of the frame arm where the frame model or size may be printed. This helps ensure accurate lens fitting.

• Include Your Order Details
  In your email, include your full name, order number (if applicable), contact information, and any specific lens options you selected.

• Attach Your Files
  Attach the photos of your frames and prescription to the email. Ensure the images are clear and easy to read.

• Send Your Email
  Email all attachments to [sales@eyeloveframes.co.uk] with the subject line: Frames and Prescription – Your Name.

• Order Review and Confirmation

Step 4:

Frame Assessment Before Production – Once we receive photos of your frames, our optical specialists will inspect them to ensure they are structurally sound and compatible with your selected lenses. Lens production will begin once the frame has been approved.

If we find that your frames are not suitable for reglazing, we will contact you to discuss alternative options before continuing with your order.

Step 5:

Once your frames are approved, we will reglaze them with precision, updating your lenses while keeping your favourite frames.

Step 6: Returning your glasses

• Fast and Secure Delivery – Once your frames have been reglazed we will carefully package your glasses to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Shipping Options – Your glasses will be returned via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• Tracking Included – You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your glasses until they reach you.

• Quality Checked – Before dispatch, every pair of glasses is inspected for fit, prescription accuracy, and lens quality to ensure you receive the best product.

• Ready to Wear – When your glasses arrive, they are ready for immediate use, with lenses installed precisely to your prescription and any selected coatings applied.
